SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for purchasing Zoher bikinis. 

Within the State of Israel:

The shipping fee will be added to the price of the item(s) indicated on the website.
The items will be delivered by the shipping company within a few days from the date of ordering on the website (up to 7 business days).
For the avoidance of doubt, any "business day" for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions are Sundays through Thursdays, not including holidays. 
Zoher is not responsible for any act and/or omission of the shipping company, and will not compensate the customer for delays of the shipping companies. Without derogating from the above, the customer agrees that the Zoher will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of the product due to events beyond its control, such as strikes or shutdowns, malfunctions in communication systems, telephony and/or computing, hostilities and/or force majeure, such as war, strike, attacks, natural disasters, etc.
It is clarified that the delivery of the items can and will be conditional on the presentation of the user's identity card as well as the presentation of the order confirmation number, as received from the ordering system for the execution of the transaction, at the sole discretion of the site operator. It is agreed that the operator of the site and/or anyone on its behalf will be entitled to demand any additional means of identification, at its discretion, as a condition for the delivery of the items to the user.

- Shipping to destinations in Europe:

The items will be delivered by the shipping company within a few weeks from the date of ordering on the website (up to 15 business days).For the avoidance of doubt, any "business day" for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions are Sundays through Thursdays, not including holidays.

Duty and tax

Customs duties and/or VAT may apply. Customs duties are at the discretion of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Zoher is
not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

 Product Return

We accept exchange/returns for items that remain in their original condition with the tags and liners. Exchange/returns will only be accepted if the item has been unused and unworn for either a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • You must request an exchange/return via email at: infozoher@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package. The exchange can be for another product, depending on availability – we cannot guarantee a specific size or style will be available for exchange. If the size and/or style you request are not available, you will be given credit to use on our website.
  • While there is no restocking fee or exchange fee, you are responsible for all shipping costs of both the exchanged product and the replacement product.
  • Once you have received an email confirmation that we received your request, please follow our exchange/return instructions below:
    To make an exchange, you need to return the original item you purchased and make a new purchase on our website. You will have the new order delivered within 5-10 days with express delivery. 

    The refund will be processed within 5 business days after the delivery of the returned items, and can either be credited back to your original
    payment method or converted into store credit.

    Please note sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Sale items include items purchased with a discount of 15% or more and are not eligible for return. We will process your refund within 1-5 business days once received. Any price difference between the returned item(s) and the item(s) selected for the exchange must be paid by you.
